1. Introduction

Welcome to Adkuu Play ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), an interactive prediction platform that allows users to place predictions on real-world events and sports using Solana Devnet tokens. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Service.

By accessing or using Adkuu Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Adkuu Play is a prediction platform that enables users to:

• Make predictions on the outcomes of real-world events, including political, economic, cultural, and sports events
• Receive digital bet slips in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
• Track predictions and receive real-time updates as events unfold
• Participate using Solana Devnet tokens with no real monetary value

3. No Real Money Involved

The 1 SOL provided upon registration is a test token on Solana Devnet and has no real-world value. All predictions, winnings, and losses are simulated and exist solely for entertainment purposes.

4. Account Registration

To use Adkuu Play, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Eligibility

By using Adkuu Play, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the full right, power, and authority to agree to these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using prediction markets under the laws of your jurisdiction
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts of users who do not meet these eligibility requirements.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other software to access the Service
• Attempt to manipulate prediction outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned by Adkuu, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, without our express written consent.

8. Data from Polymarket and Other Sources

Adkuu Play may display data obtained from Polymarket and other third-party prediction market sources for educational and entertainment purposes only. All such data is the property of its respective owners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

We do not claim ownership of any Polymarket data, and users acknowledge that:

• Event data and predictions displayed may be sourced from public APIs and services
• Such data is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy or completeness
• Users may not redistribute, sell, or otherwise commercialize this data

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adkuu, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
